By accessing or using the BusMitra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

BusMitra provides a SaaS platform for school bus tracking, attendance management, and transport logistics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users (Schools, Vendors, and Parents) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Data Ownership

Schools and Vendors retain ownership of the data they input into the system. BusMitra is granted a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

BusMitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
